Mr. Yang Bing (center) from CSITF - Organizing Committee in Shanghai presents the organizational details of the fair.
On 16 September 2013 the GTC in cooperation with the CSITF - Organizing Committee of Shanghai hosted a briefing in preparation of the 2014 CSITF for interested entrepreneurs in the premises of the Berlin Partner of Economics and Technology GmbH.
The "China (Shanghai) International Technology Fair" (CSITF) as an international technology exhibition and trade platform invites interested German technology provider to Shanghai once more. From April 24th to April 26th 2014 decision makers from all Chinese provinces use the platform to learn about the latest trends and to build cross-sector collaborations.
For international exhibitors, the fair offers numerous perspectives of opportunities and requirements of the Chinese market. They encounter executives and representatives of economic policy delegations in one place. Also, representatives of important government agencies, CEOs of leading companies, executives from the field of research and development of China's top 500 companies are visitors and participants of the supporting programme. Thus, the fair is ideal for a first orientation and initial contact.
In the context of scheduling the fair, the GTC, in close cooperation with the CSITF - Organizing Committee of Shanghai, will be hosting a series of information sessions. In this regard, interested entrepreneurs gathered on September 16th 2013 at the headquarters of Berlin Partner of Economics and Technology GmbH. They were given an overview of the programme highlights and general requirements of the event.
Mr. Yang Bing of the CSITF - Organizing Committee particularly emphasised the congress program and thematic forums, practical workshops and product presentations in his presentation, in addition to the trade fair and exhibition area. The exhibitors can present their content to target groups particularly strong here. Contact exchanges of government agencies on all aspects of economic activities in China are at the center of the broad service offering of the fair, said Yang Bing.
The CSITF untilises an exhibition area of 35,000 square meters in Shanghai World Expo Exhibition & Convention Center. The first two days of the fair (April 24th and 25th) are exclusively designated for trade visitors, April 26th will be open to the public.
The GTC plans and designs the shared exhibition area "German Technology Pavilion". Here both, complete packages for the basic stands, starting at a price of EUR 1,251.00, as well as the realization of individual booth-designs can be selected by exhibitors. Alongside the representative exhibition area the "GTC Industrial Forum" provides the framework for individual company presentations and direct contact with Chinese industry representatives.
The registration period for the fair starts October 1st 2013. From this day on all the necessary documents will be available for download here on our website.
